The selection process for apprentices and students starts one year in advance.

After receiving your application you will get a confirmation of receipt. Following the review of the documents we will invite potential candidates to take a vocational aptitude test.

If our initial impression is confirmed by the results, a personal interview will follow. Our final decision is based on the combined impressions.

Under the GDPR and BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act), you have the right to receive information and to correct, delete, and restrict data processing and data transmission for your personal data. Your data is deleted 6 months after the conclusion of the application process unless there are statutory retention periods to the contrary or – if you are hired – transferred to EKATO HR management. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR serves as the basis for this data processing.

Retaining your application in the applicant pool or transferring your application documents within the EKATO Group company will require separate consent from you.
