SESDERMA opens new headquarters with UNIMIX plants

EKATO Systems is proud to have been chosen as plant supplier for the production of dermo- and nano-cosmetic products. This successful project started three years ago. Through tests carried out in EKATO System`s in-house laboratory, EKATO was quickly able to demonstrate that a significant improvement in product quality could be achieved by applying EKATO mixers. The process times could be reduced, and thus the productivity could be increased significantly, and this well above the expectations of the customer.

Due to the know-how and expertise of the EKATO engineering team and based on the test results obtained, scale-up tests could be carried out, and the new production size systems were developed and planned in continuous coordination with SESDERMA. With commissioning of the last SRA 5000 unit end of 2019, all EKATO UNIMIX systems are now performing to the customer’s fullest satisfaction.
