Job Description
  • Familiar with electrical knowledge , able to supervise the electrical wiring and handling the problem on electrical control  cabinets and motor. 能够熟悉电气知识,指导电气接线和处理电气控制柜和电机出现的问题。
  • Be experienced to do the commissioning of electrical machine and  programing and commissioning of PLC and mechanical system. 熟练进行电气单机调试,PLC 程序编写和机械系统的调试。
  • Understand the process request of the customer, professionally use Siemens software and Portal, especially for TIA Portal V14. 了解客户的工艺要求,熟练使用西门子全集成软件,博图编写并调试程序,特别是TIA Portal V14(博图)。

 

Qualifications + Profile

This job calls for a person who has:

  • Major in electrical machines, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering 电机、电气工程、机械工程专业
  • Capable to communicate in English language 英语流利
  • Willing to travel for business trip, site commissioning of machine 愿意出差,现场调试

Job description
  • Supervising mechanical installation and commissioning of new agitators on site. 现场指导新搅拌机的安装和调试。
  • Performing and coordinating with repair and maintenance of agitator and its accessories for after sales service activities.在售后服务过程中,对搅拌机及其备件进行维修和保养。
  • Taking care of activities in the service center 参与公司维修中心的日常工作。

 

Qualifications + Profile

This job calls for a person who has:

  • University degree major in mechanical engineering and/or other related disciplines 大学本科学历,机械制造或相关专业
  • Experienced in rotating equipment e.g. pumps, seals, agitators etc. 拥有转动设备如泵,机械密封,搅拌机等的经验
  • Approximately 5 years of work experience   5年工作经验
  • Capable to communicate in English language   英语流利
  • Capable to work independently   能够独立完成工作
  • Willing to travel within China and abroad   能在国内和国外出差
  • Machine maintenance and repair experience is preferred   设备维修经验者优先

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to be our National Sales Head. This position reports to the Managing Director and the location is Navi Mumbai.

  • Work closely with the Managing Director  to define, develop & implement the sales strategy
  • Develop new business through key accounts and establishing strategic partnerships and relationships to increase sales revenue.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new brands Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
  • Analyse markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitors position and depth of customer base to re-design marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with engineering team to identify customer requirements for translating them into product specifications.
  • Implement national sales programs by developing sales action plans, roadshows, conferences, etc.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Work closely with the marketing & service teams to incorporate market feedback and adjust sales & marketing strategy
  • Collect feedback and closely monitor ROI to improve sales efforts

 

Qualifications + Profile

  • A blend of exceptional sales & marketing skills, combined with solid business management and a vision of new market opportunities.
  • Well rounded and experienced in strategic planning, business development, client / customer relationship management.
  • Experience in new business development, competitive market expansion, sales leadership in diverse industries and brainstorming ideas for addressing individual skill gaps & suggesting ways to facilitate the resolution of conflict.
  • A high level oversight of a management in identifying and analysing market trends to provide critical inputs & formulating sales & marketing strategies.

Candidate Profile
  • B.E / B. Tech in mechanical / chemical/ production or similar branch
  • 15 - 20 years’ experience in sales & marketing of process equipment / capital goods to petrochemical, mineral processing, chemical & fertilizer industries
  • Track record of delivery, goal orientation and the ability to set clear priorities and meet deadlines
  • Should be a self- starter with high energy and able to motivate teams; a task master
  • Well- versed in estimation, tendering, techno-commercial negotiation and post order activities with EPC consultants, contractors, customers, etc.
  • Highly result oriented with the capability of taking ownership in resolving issues.
  • Ability to work closely and effectively with design, manufacturing, testing and commissioning teams keeping in mind the company objectives and customer requirements.
  • An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
