Agitators

The reactor agitators type HWL-N are the most powerful agitators within EKATO’s product range, with drive powers of up to 4000 kW.

Designed for a large volume range and vessels with/without pressure. The drive unit can be directly driven by a motor or together with a gearbox.

Designed for open or low-pressure vessels. Their robust design and excellent operating smoothness make them particularly reliable.

Designed for small volumes and pressurized vessels. The unit can either be directly driven by a motor or together with a gearbox.

The MD/SD compact standard agitators are EKATO’s allrounders. A connection of the motor via IEC-adapter or a gear motor are possible.

EKATO coaxial agitators are high performance units equipped with two universal impeller systems, each with an independent drive system.

EKATO ES agitators with are designed for the lateral installation in vessels of any size. The shaft is sealed by a mechanical seal.

Designed for storage tanks of any size. The shaft is sealed by a single-acting product lubricated mechanical seal.

For crude oil storage tanks. Manual swiveling of the agitator on site or automatic positioning in the DCS possible.

The EKATO HWL FGD Side-Entry agitator was specially designed to be used in absorber towers of flue gas desulfurization plants.

The EKATO ESM prevents product leakage by hermetically sealing to the atmosphere in the event of any operational malfunction.
