STERILJET - The Clean Way of Homogenisation

The STERILJET homogenizer (Patent EKATO UNIMIX) has been designed not only for general homogenizing tasks but simultaneously qualifies the most stringent requirements when it comes to sterile productions.

• Designed for both - internal and external homogenization within the vessel and external homogenization via re-circulation line
• Change-over from 100% internal to 100% external homogenizing via magnetic actuators
• Special design to create high pressure for circulation and discharge of high viscous products
• No additional pumps needed, as homogenizer can be used for discharging of product or as CIP-pump

Additional STERILJET design features:

• Radial exit nozzles at STERILJET avoid creation of vortex during internal homogenization even at low liquid levels
• Direct charge of liquids and/or solids at rotor/stator of homogenizer, thus ensuring instant wetting and dispersion; this can also be used for hot cold processing or dilution of surfactants
• Double acting sterile mechanical seal cartridge for easy removal
• No dead zones on shaft as product side seal rings are directly fitted to rotor
