Many mixing processes are carried out at high pressures and temperatures, and many involve toxic, potentially explosive, or corrosive products. Adequate agitator sealing systems ensure safe processing in the vessel and prevent environmental risks.
Realiability and safety of an agitator are largely determined in the design and conception phase. Continuous monitoring and regular maintainance of the agitator on site guarantee a high operational safety as well as a good reliability.
