Requirements:

Optimum conditions for growing and production of micro organism lead to highest requirements for the impeller system:

• Transport of oxygen from the gas phase to the micro organism
• Transfer of the metabolism heat
• Homogeneity of nutrients and substrates etc.

Typical applications:

• Amino acid, enzyme, antibiotics, steroide

Due to its stable performance and good blending abilities under gassing - even at high viscosity ranges - maximum oxygen transfer rates (OTR) can be achieved with the EKATO PHASEJET / COMBIJET system.
