Function and Applications

• The ESD coaxial seal is a double-acting seal with coaxially arranged seal rings.
• Depending upon the application it can be used as gas-lubricated, dry-running or liquid-lubrication version.
• The seal chamber is between the coaxial rings.

The main area of applications are:

•         Centrifuges
•         process machinery with small space

 
Advantages
-        By the flat design of the seal it is suitable for short installation spaces in process machineries.
 
Quality
The ESD coaxial seal is supplied as ready-to-install cartridge units. Under the internal QM system certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, each mechanical seal is tested dynamically under process conditions and is assigned a test certificate before it leaves the factory
